Dependable Performance
The Atlas is powered by a turbocharged 2.0L inline-four engine that produces 269 horsepower and 273 lb-ft of torque. Front-wheel drive comes standard across the lineup, although VW’s 4MOTION all-wheel drive system is available for increased traction. Driving that is suited to the conditions is further made possible through multiple selectable drive modes, including Eco, Sport, Comfort, Snow, and Custom.

Illuminated VW logos in the front and rear are also available, while a rear light bar connecting the taillights comes standard. Power-folding, heated side mirrors with integrated turn signals are also standard.
Intuitive Tech Stack
At the center of the dashboard is a 12-inch infotainment touchscreen equipped with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The system can be controlled with voice commands and with a subscription to VW’s Car-Net connected services, you also get a ChatGPT voice assistant.
Six USB-C ports are scattered throughout the cabin, and a wireless charging pad is integrated into the front center console. A 6-speaker audio system comes standard, but it can be upgraded to a 12-speaker Fender audio system.
